Zucchini Filled Burritos - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium zucchini, chopped
    1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chiles
    1/2 c. finely chopped onion
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 tsp. basil, crushed
    1/2 tsp. oregano, crushed
    1/4 tsp. ground cumin
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1 c. Monterey Jack cheese
    3/4 c. wheat germ
    8 flour tortillas
    cooking oil
    sour cream with parsley or salsa
Preparation
    Cook zucchini, chilies, onion, garlic and seasoning in 1 tablespoon oil over medium heat for 5 minutes.
    Add cheese and wheat germ.
    Stir until cheese melts.
    Remove from heat.
