Salisbury Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. hamburger
    1 can mushroom soup
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 c. bread crumbs
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Mix egg, pepper, salt, bread crumbs, hamburger, onion and 1/4 cup of undiluted soup.
    Shape into 6 patties.
    Place into baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
