Stuffed Mushrooms Gazpacho Style - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. medium mushrooms
    1/2 c. finely diced tomatoes
    2 Tbsp. minced celery
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped cucumber
    1 Tbsp. each: minced radishes, green pepper and onion
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    2 Tbsp. low-calorie Italian salad dressing
    freshly ground black pepper to taste
Preparation
    Partially peel a cucumber and cut in 1/4-inch slices.
    Top each slice with 1 teaspoon creamed cottage cheese.
    Garnish each with a parsley sprig and sprinkle with seasoned salt.
    Contains about 6 calories each.
