Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. uncooked macaroni
    2 egg whites, slightly beaten
    1 c. skim milk
    3 c. low-fat cottage cheese, pureed in blender
    1 c. shredded extra sharp Cheddar cheese
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. white pepper
    1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
    vegetable cooking spray
    2 Tbsp. bread crumbs
    2 tsp. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/2 tsp. paprika
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. Cook macaroni according to package directions, omitting salt and leaving slightly undercooked; drain. Combine egg whites, skim milk, cottage cheese, Cheddar cheese, salt, white pepper and parsley and blend well. Mix sauce with macaroni and spoon into 1-quart baking dish sprayed with vegetable cooking spray.
