Chicken Adobo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 whole chicken
    1 c. white vinegar
    1/2 c. water
    4 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 tsp. Accent
    4 bay leaves
    8 peppercorns
    3 cloves garlic
    1 medium-size onion
    2 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    Cut chicken into serving pieces.
    Place cut up chicken in a big casserole dish.
    Add all the ingredients; mix.
    Let boil and simmer until chicken is cooked.
    Add 2 tablespoons oil, if desired.
    Serve with steamed rice!
