Spanish Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. boiled rice
    3 onions, chopped
    4 Tbsp. cooking fat
    6 cloves
    1 tsp. mustard
    3 c. cooked tomatoes
    1 c. grated cheese
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
Preparation
    Brown onions in hot cooking fat.
    Combine with remaining ingredients.
    Season to taste.
    Pour into well oiled baking dish. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
