Pumpkin Stack Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. self-rising flour
1/2 tsp. soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 c. corn oil
Preparation

Mix dry ingredients together.
Set aside.
Mix sugar, oil and eggs.
Beat well.
Add to rest.
Pour 1 cup batter into 9-inch pan.
Bake 350\u00b0 15 minutes make 5 or 6 layers.
Cool completely.
