Summer Fruit Crisp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. fruit (such as peaches or nectarines, peeled if desired and sliced)
    2 to 3 Tbsp. sugar (depending on sweetness of fruit)
    2 Tbsp. orange juice
    2 Tbsp. butter
    3 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1/3 c. flour
    dash of salt
    1/2 tsp. powdered cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. powdered ginger (optional)
Preparation
    Lightly grease a 9-inch pie pan.
    Mix fruit with sugar and juice.
    Spread in pan.
    Put remaining ingredients in a bowl.
    With hands, rub to crumbs.
    Sprinkle evenly on fruit.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 or 25 minutes or until bubbly and slightly browned on top.
