Thai Noodles With Spicy Peanut Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. linguine
    1 sweet red pepper
    2 carrots
    1 bunch of scallions, diced, for garnish
    sesame seeds for garnish
Preparation
    Cook linguine.\tRinse, drain and toss with olive oil.
    Cut veggies into matchsticks or dice. Toss sauce with noodles and vegetables.
    Garnish with scallions and sesame seeds.
    Can be served hot or cold.
    (If serving hot, blanch veggies).
