Shepherd'S Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1/2 c. finely chopped onion
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. water
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 c. leftover mashed potatoes or instant
    2 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese (1/4-inch cubes, 1 1/2 c.)
    1 c. mixed frozen peas and carrots, cooked
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Mix hamburger, bread crumbs, onion, egg, water, Worcestershire sauce and pepper by hand.
    Press into 9-inch pie pan, forming a shell.
    Bake until brown and firm (about 15 minutes).
    Remove from oven; pour off fat.
    Set aside.
    Reduce oven temperature to 350\u00b0.
    Mix together mashed potatoes, Cheddar cheese and frozen peas and carrots.
    Spoon into shell.
    Bake about 10 to 15 minutes.
