Pult Or Klubb - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pt. hog blood
    2 c. flour or 1 c. corn meal and 1 c. bran flour
    2 c. milk
    1 c. raisins
    1 c. rice
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. suet (optional)
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. cloves
    1 tsp. allspice
Preparation
    Sift flour, sugar, spices and salt together.
    Add liquids and stir well.
    Add raisins, rice and suet.
    Dough will be soft; pour into greased 1 pound coffee cans.
    Place cans in a pan of water and place in bottom of oven.
    Bake for 2 hours at 350\u00b0.
    Cool and freeze or cool and then slice in 1/2-inch slices; fry in butter and serve with syrup.
