Veal Scallopini - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. veal steaks, sliced thin
3/4 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
1 Tbsp. flour
1/4 c. oil
1/2 c. dry wine
1 small can tomato sauce
1 c. drained or fresh sliced mushrooms
Preparation

Combine seasonings with flour.
Sprinkle and pound into veal. Heat oil.
Add veal slices and saute over medium heat, four minutes each side, until golden.
