Scalloped Carrots - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. cooked, mashed carrots
1 1/3 c. water in which carrots were cooked
16 soda crackers, rolled fine
3 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
2/3 c. grated Cheddar cheese
3 Tbsp. light cream
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Mix ingredients in order listed.
Taste to check salt and pepper.
Pour into greased 2-quart casserole.
Bake in moderate oven at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
Makes 8 servings.
