Chocolate Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. cocoa
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 c. milk
    3 beaten eggs
    1/4 c. butter
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients in a large saucepan.
    Stir in 3 cups of milk and boil 3 minutes, stirring constantly.
    Stir part of hot mixture into beaten egg yolks.
    Boil 2 minutes longer, stirring. Remove from heat and add 1/4 cup of butter and vanilla.
    Pour into baked pie shell and top with meringue.
