Peach Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 3/4 c. white sugar
    1 c. oil
    2 c. flour (plain)
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 c. sliced peaches and juice
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)
Preparation
    Mix by hand.
    Pour into pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 50 minutes.
    Serve plain or with ice cream or Cool Whip.
