Rotini Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. rotini pasta
    6 c. pasta sauce
    1 large chicken breast on bone (skinless), sauteed
    2 lb. Ricotta cheese
    2 egg whites
    1/2 bunch chopped parsley
    salt and pepper
    2 lb. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
    8 oz. Romano cheese
Preparation
    Mix together Ricotta cheese, egg whites, chopped parsley, salt and pepper.
    Set aside.
