Savory Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. beef cubes (1 roast cut up)
    1/2 c. oil
    4 c. onions, chopped
    4 c. tomatoes, cut up
    6 tsp. tapioca
    3 c. broth
    2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    5 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    12 carrots
    6 potatoes, cut up
    1 c. celery
    4 c. lima beans
    4 c. whole corn
Preparation
    Brown
    beef in
    oil.
    Add
    everything,
    but
    carrots, potatoes, celery, lima beans and corn.
    Bake
    at
    350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
    Add rest of the ingredients and continue baking at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour more.
    Serves 20.
