Chocolate Bourbon Pecan Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 9-inch unbaked pie shell
    4 oz. semisweet chocolate
    1/2 c. light brown sugar
    4 eggs
    1/2 c. light corn syrup
    2/3 c. bourbon, flamed and cooled
    1 Tbsp. molasses
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. pecan halves
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Melt chocolate in top of double boiler over simmering water.
    Transfer to mixing bowl.
    Beat with sugar, until fluffy. Beat in eggs, 1 at a time.
    Stir in corn syrup, bourbon, molasses, and salt.
    Fold in pecans. Pour batter into pie shell.
    Bake 10 minutes. Lower temperature to 325\u00b0.
    Bake 30 minutes, or until set.
