Chicken Dijon - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 chicken breast halves, skinned and boned
    salt
    pepper
    garlic to taste
    2 c. sour cream
    1 c. Dijon mustard
    2 c. pecans, crushed
    chopped parsley for garnish
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. Italian bread crumbs
Preparation
    Season chicken with spices.
    Combine sour cream and mustard. Coat chicken well and roll in pecans and bread crumbs.
    Place in baking dish and bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Garnish.
    Makes 12 servings.
