Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 onion
    1 carrot
    celery
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 stack Ritz crackers
    5 chicken breasts
    1 c. chicken broth
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 stick margarine
Preparation
    Boil chicken with diced onion, carrot and celery.
    Let cool. Remove chicken from bones.
    Place in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Mix 1 cup chicken broth, chicken soup and celery soup; pour over chicken.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Melt 1 stick of margarine. Crush the Ritz crackers; mix with margarine.
    Sprinkle over chicken.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until it begins to bubble.
