Oven Fried Teriyaki Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    chicken thighs, deboned and halved
    teriyaki sauce (sugar, shoyu, ginger and garlic)
    mayonnaise, thinned with water
    bread crumbs
Preparation
    Cover shallow baking pan with foil.
    Soak chicken in the teriyaki sauce about 2 hours. Drain well. Drop chicken in mayonnaise and coat both sides of chicken with crumbs.
    Place in pan. Bake 15 minutes, turn and continue baking for 15 to 20 minutes or until done and browned.
