Orange Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (3 1/2 lb.) chickens, cut up
    salt and pepper to taste
    garlic salt to taste
    1/3 lb. orange preserves
    1/3 jar Russian dressing
    1 pkg. dry onion soup
Preparation
    Season chicken well with salt, pepper and garlic salt to taste. Mix together orange preserves, Russian dressing and package of dry onion soup.
    Cook mixture for 5 minutes.
    Pour mixture over the chicken and bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes or until golden brown. (Uncover chicken for last 20 minutes.)
    Serves 6 to 8.
