Cherry Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. oleo
    1 c. sugar
    1 egg
    1 c. sour milk
    1 tsp. soda
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. flour
    10 oz. jar maraschino cherries, drained & chopped (save juice)
    1 oz. unsweetened chocolate, melted
Preparation
    For sour milk, use the maraschino juice, add a Tbsp. vinegar, add enough milk to make 1 cup.
    Cream oleo and sugar. Add egg and beat. Add sour milk alternately with flour, soda and salt.\tStir in melted chocolate and maraschino cherries.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
