Old-Fashioned Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large pkg. elbow macaroni
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    few grains of pepper
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. Cheddar cheese (save a little for topping)
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. milk
    bread crumbs
Preparation
    Melt butter in boiler. Add flour, salt and pepper. Stir until smooth. Boil macaroni at the same time you are preparing this sauce. Add milk to flour mixture; stir slowly and constantly over low to medium heat, being careful not to scorch. Stir until smooth and thick. Add cheese which has been grated. Drain macaroni noodles.
    Butter a 13 x 9-inch pan; place noodles in the pan. Pour cheese sauce on top. Add extra shredded cheese and bread crumbs. Bake about 30 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
