Pineapple Upside-Down Cake - cooking recipe

1 box lemon cake mix
1 small can sliced pineapple
1 stick margarine
2 eggs
1 c. water
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. coconut (optional)
1/2 c. chopped pecans (optional)
Preparation

Melt margarine in saucepan. Add sugar, pecans and coconut; also, half the juice of the pineapple. Place pineapple slices in square baking dish or baking pan. Pour mixture of margarine, pecans and coconut over slices of pineapple. Mix lemon flavor cake mix, water, eggs and rest of pineapple juice. Beat for 3 to 4 minutes. Pour batter over pineapple slices and other mixture in baking dish. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
