Mashed Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 to 10 medium potatoes, peeled
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
1/2 c. melted butter
1/4 c. chopped chives
1 clove garlic
2 tsp. salt
paprika
Preparation

Cook potatoes, drain and mash.\tBeat cheese until smooth. Add potatoes and other ingredients except paprika. Slowly add sour cream (quit early if soupy). Spoon into lightly buttered casserole dish.
