Green Pepper Jelly - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. ground bell pepper, blended
    3 (1-inch) hot peppers
    1 1/2 c. white vinegar
    1/4 c. bell pepper, cut into small pieces
    1 (6 oz.) bottle Certo
    2 to 3 drops green food coloring
Preparation
    Mix pepper, sugar and vinegar.
    Boil to full rolling boil, stirring constantly for 1 minute.
    Remove from heat.
    Add Certo immediately and stir.
    Let stand 5 minutes and pour into jars.
