Soft And Simple Pretzels - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 lb.) pkg. frozen bread dough rolls
    2 Tbsp. salt
    2 qt. boiling water
    1 egg white, slightly beaten
    sesame, caraway or poppy seed or coarse salt
Preparation
    Defrost frozen rolls in the refrigerator overnight or at room temperature for 30 minutes.
    Shape each roll into a 12-inch strip. Twist each strip into a pretzel shape.
    Let rise, uncovered, 30 to 45 minutes.
