Yeast Biscuits (Gail'S) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. flour
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1/2 c. shortening
    1 egg
    2 c. warm water
    2 pkg. dry yeast
Preparation
    Blend together sugar, salt, shortening and egg.
    Dissolve yeast in warm water.
    Mix all ingredients together, including flour.
    Let rise for 30 minutes.
    Make rolls and let rise for a few minutes before baking.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
