Ruth Pullen'S Frozen Liver Pate - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. liver sausage (braunschweiger; at room temperature)
    3 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 Tbsp. mustard
Preparation
    Mix braunschweiger, 1 package of cream cheese, Worcestershire sauce and 1/2 tablespoon mustard until smooth.
    Shape into log roll and chill.
    Combine and mix 2 packages of cream cheese and 1/2 tablespoon of mustard.
    Spread over sausage.
    Chill.
