Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cooked rice
    3/4 to 1 c. onions, chopped
    3/4 to 1 c. mushrooms, sliced
    5 to 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
    2 Tbsp. bacon drippings
    2 to 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    garlic, salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Saute onions and mushrooms in bacon drippings in a nonstick pan.
    Add rice and mix with onions and mushrooms and stir well. Add soy sauce, bacon and seasonings.
    Stir well until fully mixed and hot.
