Sweet And Sour Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. Little Smokies
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. cooking sherry
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 tsp. cornstarch
    1 Tbsp. water
    2 tsp. ginger, crushed
    1 bottle whole cherries
    1 can pineapple, crushed
    2 bell peppers, chopped
Preparation
    Mix sugar, vinegar, sherry, soy sauce and ginger; bring to a boil.
    Mix water and cornstarch; add to mixture.
    Boil until thick.
    Place in slow cooker.
    Brown sausages and pour off liquid. Add sausages, pineapple and cherries to mixture; cook on low all night.
