Coconut Macaroons - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 egg whites
    dash of salt
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    2/3 c. sugar
    1 1/3 c. flaked coconut
Preparation
    Beat egg whites with dash of salt and vanilla until soft peaks form.
    Gradually add sugar, beating until stiff.
    Fold in coconut. Drop by rounded teaspoons onto greased cookie sheet.
    Bake about 20 minutes in 325\u00b0 oven.
