Peas And Peanut Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. frozen peas, defrosted and not cooked
    3 oz. unsalted peanuts
    3 Tbsp. oil
    1 Tbsp. wine vinegar
    1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Combine peas and peanuts in a mixing bowl.
    In a small bowl, blend oil and vinegar.
    Add to peanut-peas mixture.
    Stir until well coated; then drain off excess oil-vinegar mixture.
    Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste; add the mayonnaise.
