Pizzelles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. flour
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1 doz. eggs, beaten
    2 c. vegetable oil
    4 drops anise oil or to taste
    1 tsp. lemon extract
    2 Tbsp. orange juice
Preparation
    Beat eggs and sugar well.
    Add oil, lemon extract and orange juice.
    Add flour and baking powder to liquids.
    Mix well.
    Have the pizzelle iron hot and drop by teaspoons onto iron for about 30 seconds or until golden brown.
    Remove from iron carefully with a fork.
    Makes 6 to 7 dozen.
