Ingredients

1 c. (2 sticks) butter, softened
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. finely chopped pecans
1 (6 oz.) pkg. Hershey's Kisses, unwrapped
powdered sugar
Preparation

In large mixer bowl, beat butter, sugar and vanilla until light and fluffy.
Add flour and nuts; beat on low speed until well blended.
Cover; refrigerate dough 2 hours, or until firm enough to handle.
Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
Use about 1 tablespoon of dough for each cookie; shape dough around each chocolate piece. Roll to make ball.
Place on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until cookies are set but not brown.
Cool slightly.
Remove to wire rack.
While still warm, roll in powdered sugar.
Cool completely.
Store in tightly covered container.
Roll again in powdered sugar just before serving. Makes about 3 dozen.
