Posie Cream Frosting - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. shortening, softened
1/4 c. margarine
3 c. sifted confectioners sugar
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/8 tsp. salt
2 to 3 Tbsp. cocoa (may be added to make chocolate frosting)
Preparation

In a large bowl, thoroughly mix shortening and margarine. Then beat in sugar, vanilla and salt until fluffy and light and spreading consistency.
Store covered at room temperature.
