Ingredients

2 large potatoes, peeled and grated
1 medium onion, peeled and grated
2 Tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/2 tsp. parsley flakes
2 egg yolks, slightly beaten
2 egg whites, stiffly beaten
margarine
applesauce (optional)
Preparation

Put potatoes and onions in mixing bowl.
Add flour and seasoning, mixing well.
Add egg yolks and mix well.
Fold in egg whites.
