Pork Chop Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 large pork chops, browned and cut into bite-sized pieces
    2 to 3 peeled and sliced medium potatoes
    1 small container sour cream
    1 to 2 (depending on desired consistency) cans cream of mushroom soup
    1 small chopped onion (optional)
Preparation
    Brown and cut chops.
    Peel
    and
    slice potatoes.
    Layer potatoes in
    a
    13
    x
    9-inch pan.
    Cover this layer with pork chop pieces.
    Mix
    together
    in
    a
    bowl
    sour cream and soup. Pour over chops.
    Bake
    at
    350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes or until potatoes are
    tender.
    If onion is used, layer on top of chops and before pouring on the soup mixture.
