8 Minute Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
    1/3 c. sugar
    1 c. sour cream (1/2 pt.)
    1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 (9-inch) graham cracker pie crust
    1 box jello lemon pudding (instant)
Preparation
    Beat until cheese is smooth and creamy. Slowly add sugar. Blend in sour cream and vanilla. Fold in Cool Whip. Add lemon pudding (dry). Spoon into crust and chill.
