Raisin Bran Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 oz.) pkg. Raisin Bran cereal (Kellogg's)
    3 c. sugar
    5 c. flour
    2 tsp. salt
    5 tsp. baking soda
    4 eggs
    1 qt. buttermilk
    1 c. oil
Preparation
    In a very large bowl, mix cereal, sugar, flour, salt and baking soda.
    Add well-beaten eggs, oil and buttermilk.
    Mix well with electric mixer 2 to 3 minutes.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes. (Store remaining batter in refrigerator.
    Good up to 5 weeks.)
