Vidalia Onion Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Vidalia onions, sliced thin
    1 stick butter
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 c. sour cream
    salt and pepper
    dash of Tabasco sauce
    grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Saute onions in butter and pour into bowl.
    Combine eggs and sour cream.
    Add to onions and butter.
    Season with salt, pepper and Tabasco sauce.
    Pour into unbaked pie shell or pour into casserole dish.
    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 20 minutes, then reduce heat to 325\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until done.
