Cheesy Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

10 oz. cream cheese
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg
9-inch pastry shell
1 1/4 c. canned or cooked pumpkin
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 c. sugar
1 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. evaporated milk
1/4 tsp. ginger
2 eggs, beaten
dash of salt
Preparation

Combine softened cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and one egg, mixing until well blended.
Spread onto bottom of pastry shell. Combine remaining ingredients; mix well.
Pour over cream cheese mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for one hour or until done.
Cool.
Brush with maple syrup and garnish with crushed nuts or Cool Whip.
