Deviled Eggs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 boiled eggs
mayonnaise
sweet pickle relish
paprika
Preparation

After shelling eggs and washing, halve the eggs.
Scoop out egg yolks into a bowl.
Then add 1 heaping tablespoonful of mayonnaise and 3/4 teaspoon of pickle relish to egg yolks.
Mix well.
If too dry, add a smidge of mayonnaise at a time.
Taste to test flavor. When the right consistency and flavor, scoop a bit into each egg half.
Sprinkle with paprika.
