Salmon Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. can salmon
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 c. dry bread crumbs
    2 eggs, beaten with a fork
    1/2 onion, chopped or 1/2 Tbsp. minced onion
    1 Tbsp. onion juice
    1 c. medium white sauce for a garnish
    2 hard-boiled eggs, on top of sauce for garnish
Preparation
    Mix together salmon, soup, bread crumbs, eggs, onion and onion juice.
    Place in loaf pan.
    Bake in a loaf or casserole pan at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Pour white sauce over salmon loaf and garnish with hard-boiled eggs.
