"Hot" Zucchini Squash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 to 6 medium zucchini, sliced in round
    1 c. Monterey Jack jalapeno cheese, grated
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1 (14 1/2 oz.) can stewed tomatoes, chopped
Preparation
    Boil zucchini for 8 minutes until crisp-tender.
    Place 1/2 of zucchini in greased casserole and sprinkle with cheese and crumbs. Top with remainder of zucchini.
    Cover with tomatoes.
    Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Serves 6 to 8.
