40 lb. ground beef
7 1/2 c. onions, chopped fine
9 c. green peppers, chopped
3/4 c. chili powder
garlic powder to taste
salt to taste
18 lb. medium noodles, cooked
9 gal. brown gravy
Preparation

Kettle fry beef, onions, green peppers, chili powder, garlic and salt until meat is done.
Combine noodles and beef gravy with meat and mix well.
If thin, thicken and cook until clear.
