Escalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. flour
2 tsp. salt
2 c. milk
6 c. sliced potatoes
1/4 c. butter, melted
Preparation

Melt 2 tablespoons butter in saucepan.
Stir in flour and salt and add milk slowly.
Stir until thickened.
Add potatoes and heat until boils.
Pour into shallow pan and bake at 350\u00b0.
Pour 1/4 cup melted butter over top and bake until done.
