Red Velvet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. sifted flour
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. soda (leave out with self-rising flour)
    1 tsp. cocoa
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 1/2 c. oil (1/2 c. oil)
    1 tsp. vinegar
    2 eggs
    1 (1 oz.) bottle red food coloring
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Sift together dry ingredients.
    Add all other ingredients in order and mix thoroughly.
    Bake in floured and greased layer cake pans at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
