Beef Stew With Confetti Dumplings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. cubed stew meat
    1/2 large onion, sliced
    1/2 lb. fresh sliced mushrooms
    2 cans beef broth
    1 pkg. frozen peas
    Bisquick
    small jar of pimiento
    1 Tbsp. dried chives
    bay leaf
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. Fines Herbs
    6 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. water
    1 Tbsp. cooking oil
Preparation
    Brown onions and mushrooms in oil; set aside.
    In a large stew pot, brown beef in small amount of oil.
    Add the 2 cans of beef broth and seasonings.
    Cover and simmer 1 1/2 hours.
    Mix flour and water and add to stew to thicken.
    Add onions, mushrooms and peas.
